We needed to fix a leaking cistern connection after the original installers used an unsuitable coupling and crossed a thread which eventually leaked. Chris responded swiftly to our enquiry, came when he said he would, was quick, efficient and friendly, and charged a fair price. Couldn't ask for more, and next time we need a plumber we'll call him.

My boiler wouldn't work properly, so I called in a 'local' plumber. He was a smooth talker with a smart van & logo. Told me he had fixed the problem, but hadn't. He charged me a small fortune. After that, he wouldn't take any of my calls. I called C.J's and Chris arrived. He was totally committed, incredibly thorough, and worked hard to get the boiler up and running. He succeeded. And three years on the boiler still works thanks to Chris. I cannot praise his work enough. Brilliant.

Chris responded quickly to my email, and came over the next day to carry out an annual service on a hot water cylinder. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, and gave me some useful advice on what to watch out for to make sure the cylinder is functioning normally. He also quickly diagnosed the problem with a dripping kitchen tap and advised me on how to prevent this from happening in the future. Highly recommended.
