I rang Chris as water was leaking from my bathroom through my kitchen ceiling this morning. He rearranged his day to come out within the next 2 hours. He was very conscientious about trying to identify the leak before taking the bathroom apart to get under the bath etc. It turned out that the problem was the inflow pipe to the lavatory which had clearly been leaking for some time and the water had accumulated so there was no need to take the bathroom apart. He fixed it, advised me on other issues I had and, before he left, even screwed down my wobbly floorboards on the landing! Proper old fashioned, polite, efficient and fantastic service, and great value for money. Chris is now my plumber of choice
