Our boiler recently went on the blink one morning as far as the hot water was concerned. I left a phone message for Chris, and he rung me back within an hour and came round later that same morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and sorted it out, and gave useful advice as to what to do next time if the problem recurs. He also took a look at the hot water tank and gave good advice regarding the fitting of an immersion heater. Altogether, a very useful and helpful visit from Chris.

I was given Chris's number from a friend as we had no hot water. I was initially very impressed as he called me back within 10 minutes of me leaving a message. Then he was able to help me with a quick fix to enable me to have hot water until he came round the next morning. Again he called to let me know he was on his way.
